Community and Environment

Livestock is very much rooted in our local community. All the organisers are local people and we do what we can to give something back every year.

Livestock Events CIC

At Livestock Events CIC, we are committed to making a positive impact on both our local community and the environment. Since our inception, we've been actively involved in supporting various charities, contributing to initiatives that foster creativity, community well-being and environmental sustainability.

One way we give back is through donating a percentage of our online ticket handling fees revenue from our events to support environmental projects both in the UK and abroad.

By allocating a portion of our proceeds to such initiatives, we aim to play our part in conserving and protecting the planet for future generations.

We are continuously exploring ways to enhance our impact on the local and wider environment through our operations. From implementing eco-friendly practices in event management such as powering all our generators using 100% bio fuel, to partnering with sustainable suppliers, we strive to minimize our carbon footprint and promote responsible environmental practices at every opportunity.

By visiting an event hosted by Livestock Events CIC, you're not only participating in vibrant and engaging events but also contributing to meaningful causes that benefit our community and environment.

Thank you for your support.

Community Support

Throughout the years, we've supported many local charitable causes, including The Mayor's Charity, Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, Enfield Women's Centre Food Bank Project, The British DJ and MC Academy, Art Start, and many others.

Our support extends both directly and indirectly, whether through direct financial contributions to these causes or by providing space for these groups to participate in our events. For example, each year, as part of our December Black Barn event, we encourage visitors to donate toys for the food bank project, ensuring that local children who may not otherwise receive gifts can experience the joy of Christmas. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our guests, we've been able to provide numerous toys to this deserving cause.

Furthermore, we've extended invitations to organizations like Noah's Ark Children's Hospice to participate and collect donations at the Livestock Festival, enabling them to raise crucial funds and increase awareness of their impactful work in our community.

Together, with the support of our attendees and partners, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need, enriching our community and spreading hope and joy beyond the boundaries of the events we produce.

The Environment

As an organisation and event which grew in the fabulous surroundings of Forty Hall Farm, the environment and our impact upon it is always in our thoughts.

SInce 2021 The Livestock Music Festival has generated all power on site using 100% bio fuel in our generators. This helps to reduce our impact on the environment as well as keeping the local atmosphere clean.

If you have purchased any ticket through our online ticket office you will have contributed to wider causes. For every ticket we sell a small donation is made to environmental projects in the UK from our ticket processing fees.

One organisation to benefit is The Ocean Conservation Trust who receive donations from your tickets to fund conservation projects on the British Coastline like their sea grass project.

Sea grass meadows play a crucial role in marine biodiversity, providing habitats for a wide array of marine life, including fish, crustaceans, and mollusks. They also contribute to carbon sequestration, oxygen production, and coastal erosion prevention.
